The H11 universal spike system is suitable for the total protection of narrow ledges of a width of up to 50mm or thin structural elements and advertising boards up to a width of 30mm. It can also be used as a preventive measure for the treatment of less inhabited wide ledges or for the treatment of roof edges, where it prevents birds from landing and thus littering the area below the edge. It can often be used to close narrow gaps of a maximum width of 110mm.

A unique spike system for the treatment of façades and window frames against house martins. The systems is installed with the spikes facing downwards. The tested effectiveness of the system against house martins is 85%. This means that only 7 nests out of 50 remain on the façade after the first year of applying the system. After the birds' migration south, it is necessary to remove the nests. In the subsequent years, the number of nests decreases because the number of birds linked to that breeding place decreases due to the difficulty of building a nest. If the overlap of a roof or a façade is very wide, the effectiveness of the system rapidly decreases because the birds can build a nest in the shape of a pocket below the system installed and atypically on the surface of the façade
