- All prices are EXW (EX WORKS) and without VAT.
- Kraupner s.r.o. reserves the right to change the prices, even without a previous written notification or a notification issued in any other way.

Order
- An order must be written and sent via email or post; registered customers can place an order electronically using the Kraupner s.r.o. e-shop.

Terms of payment
As regards the placement of the first three orders, payment in advance based on an advance invoice is required. Payment via bank transfer has a maturity period of 30 days for long-term customers who adhere to the maturity of invoices. Any bank fees incurred are paid by each party to their own bank.

Terms of delivery
The goods will be delivered via a contracted courier service. The goods will be dispatched as soon as possible based on the work load of the contracted courier service. Delivery times are in days and are individual, depending on the country and specific destination of the delivery (more information can be provided upon request). The place of delivery is established based on the buyer's order. The consignment includes a tax document.
